What is Dru Yoga?
Dru Yoga has its roots in hatha, tantra and bhakti yoga. It comes from an ancient spiritual tradition and using Yogic science its aim is to have a powerfully positive, healing and liberating impact on all levels of our lives.

In a class setting one of Dru's characteristic is that Dru Yoga classes are tailored to the level of the individuals within the class and therefore easily accessible to all levels.
A typical class may include classical yoga postures (asanas), pranayama (the science of breath), mudras (hand gestures), positive affirmations, empowering visualisations and powerful sequences performed in a flowing and dynamic style, relaxation and Dru Meditation.
What is unique about Dru Yoga?
