A few days ago I went for a walk through the forest amidst the most beautiful golden fall glow. The warmth of the orange/golden sun as it was moving towards sunset lit the mountains, the lake and trees in such beautiful hues. A precious moment I fully absorbed knowing that these golden days of late summer and early fall will soon give place to more wintery conditions.
Pressure, stress and some frustration at work made me decide to go on that walk and allow my mind to clear. A great opportunity too to do some reflection, dedicate some prayers, and change my energy.
As I walked along the forest edge along an open field I suddenly realized how fortunate I am to have been taught the tools that help me clear my mind, get rid of anything that holds me back, and regain focus so that I am successful in making my dreams and goals come true.
The days are getting shorter, and colder, and it feels like the end of this year is approaching rapidly with all that it entails work and family wise. Now is the time to refresh your mind and clear yourself from mental and emotional clutter. Set yourself up for an amazing end of the year! You still have another 3 months to finish this year on a high.
